We will present investigations into building methods from across many fields.
This includes fields in mechanics, electronics, space, rockets, and biological systems(biochemistry).
Since Technic has a wide availability of various mechanical and motorized parts, we will use it to demonstrate mechanisms and machinery. Note that building models in Technic can be very fragile, however, there are a great way to investigate building techniques and mechanisms that can be ruggedized with equivalent metal or other material parts. In some cases, robust designs in Technic are achieved by designers and these will be highlighted.
Mobile Robots will be presented with sensor support with various System on a Chip embedded controllers. We will provide software for all designs where possible as open source.
